The first day: I smash ideas, images, and concepts on the table. That’s flour, water, and leaven to make the dough. It’ chaos, but already smells promising. I write, meaning I knead the dough on the second day. That’s strenuous and boring, but it needs to be done. I leave the dough allowing it to rise - another day. When I feel it’s time I shove it into the oven and subject it to the heat of review - by myself and others if possible. That makes my fourth day. When it’s baked, I add decorations: cream, cherries, chocolate, etc. That’s when words gain excellency. Thus, another day passes by. On the sixth day I bring the cake to the shop. At long last, I rest on the seventh to enjoy my creation.
